Why do we personalise a haircut?

Why as a hair stylist we personalise hair styles !

As a stylist when you are presented with a photo or photo shopped edited image or a description of how the client would like thier hair cut to look .we then have to think of a lot of factor first .
One being what is the clients hair type , thick ,thin corse ,curly , natural, coloured dry , damaged etc then we would decide on which cutting technique would be best , club cutting one length , layers , scissors over comb , chipping , slicing texturising, freehand razor and so on .
Then we will decide what angle to do the layers at if any either 180 degrees 135 or 90 to 45 degrees which establishes where our layers will sit.
We also take into consideration what life style they have?  do they have time to do their hair ? Are they sporty Do they find their hair easy to manage at home ,what products they use and how often , this then makes us decide how and what to use wen blow drying it , all these are taken into account before we have even washed the hair to make sure we are personalising it to their individual needs. So there is a lot of skill and experience and techniques required to personalise a clients style we arent just pretty faces we are uniquely skilled .
