CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important to us at Fred & Ginger and your appointment are reserved just for you. While we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations and we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough prior notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Since the services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give us at least 24 hours’ notice that you are not able to make your appointment.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- ‘No shows’ will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply.
For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you aren’t able to make your appointment, please cancel within 4-6 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation policy gives the team at Fred & Ginger the time to inform our waiting list clients of available appointments and keeps the schedules of our hairdressers filled. Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
As a courtesy, we will call, email or text to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it will be your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and any cancellation fee.
